Training can be delivered on-site in Toronto/GTA or virtually as needed. We offer 30 days of support for any questions you may have from the training you have taken - available by phone or email. • Safety Leadership & Coaching: We train your supervisors and managers to become effective safety leaders and coaches. Through workshops and one-on-one coaching, we teach leadership techniques to promote a positive safety culture, conduct effective safety briefings, and proactively address workers’ safety concerns.

• Ongoing Compliance Coaching: Beyond one-time training, our experts provide ongoing support – acting as your on-call safety coach. Need ongoing support or advice on a new hazard, regulations or procedure? We’re available to guide you via phone, email, or onsite.
